After a clear victory in her only race as a 2-year-old, Reneesgotzip emerged as one of the top members of the 3-year-old filly division in 2012 when she won the Santa Ynez Stakes (G2) and finished second in the Santa Anita Oaks (G1) and Las Virgenes Stakes (G1).
Reneesgotzip was sold for $3,500 at the 2010 Fasig-Tipton Kentucky fall yearling sale and later went through the auction ring again, selling for $45,000 at the 2011 OBSC spring sale of 2-year-olds in training.
