In addition to winning the Triple Bend Handicap (G1) in 2011 and the Bing Crosby (G1) and Ancient Title (G1) Stakes in 2010, Smiling Tiger also finished third in the 2010 Breeders' Cup Sprint (G1).
A $40,000 purchase at the 2008 Washington Thoroughbred Breeders' Association summer yearling sale, Smiling Tiger has earned more than $1.2 million in his career.
Entering the Breeders' Cup World Championships, Smiling Tiger is winless in three starts in 2012.
